Sadaka a 'rock' but W. Tennis can't roll
Lauren Sadaka's match against Yale's Vicky Brook came down to a few points and some debatable calls. However, it didn't end in Sadaka's favor. She lost on a grueling tiebreaker, 4-6, 7-5, 10-6 - her only loss of the weekend in either singles or doubles. "[Lauren's] one of the greatest competitors we've ever had at Penn, and she's the inspiration for everyone else on our team," interim coach Sara Schiffman said. 04/01/09 5:00am

Can Ivy spirit aid W. Tennis woes?
If history is bound to repeat itself, the Princeton women's tennis team better not underestimate the Quakers. W. Golf | Penn not 'sharp' enough at Va. tournament
"Rusty" is the best way to describe the Penn women's golf team's performance this past weekend, according to coach Mark Anderson. "That's expected for the first tournament in the spring, especially coming from the northeast," Anderson said. "It's good to have a tournament like this to see what we need to work on, even though we didn't play great. 03/20/09 5:00am

W. Tennis | Penn looks to manifest season's destiny
With No. 39 Princeton looming after spring break, the women's tennis team will need all the preparation it can get for that match. Good thing the Quakers (1-5) are going on a trip to California during the break. 03/04/09 5:00am

Rival Temple too much for W. Tennis
If only one match went differently Saturday for the Penn women's tennis team, the Quakers would have defeated crosstown rival Temple. The ball didn't bounce in the Quakers' favor, though, at the No. 3 spot, as sophomore Alexa Ely dropped the final game, 6-4, to Temple's Lucie Paderoza in a close three-set match. 02/27/09 5:00am

W. Squash | Bantams barely banished at Ringe
For captain Emily Goodwin, Saturday's squash match against No. 3 Trinity was more than just a battle of top-ranked teams - the New York native's best friend from home, Chauncey Kerr, is the captain of the Bantams. Nevertheless, the history of the two captains contributed to a heated match, literally and figuratively, at Ringe Courts. 01/23/09 5:00am
