Rangita de Silva de Alwis named special advisor to U.K. committee examining gender apartheid

Rangita de Silva de Alwis, a professor in the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, will serve as special advisor to the new United Kingdom Parliamentary Committee on Gender Apartheid.
