Welcome back to Quaker Nation! Penn's fall teams are in full swing, and we'll be here all semester with the latest news, analysis, and debate regarding all aspects of the Quaker sports scene. For this week's episode, host Sean McKeown is joined by DP Sports Editor Caleb Crain and Deputy Sports Editor Walker Carnathan to predict Penn football's record this year. Being an international student brings on unique challenges and experiences at Penn. In this episode, native Kazakh Madina Sabitqyzy speaks on her experience as an international student and Central Asian. Madina is one of nine undergraduate students from Kazakhstan at the university, and is working toward fostering a community for Central Asian students on campus. She describes her experience as challenging but rewarding, and hopes to help other students find their way at Penn.

On this week's episode of Quaker Nation, host Sean McKeown talks with DP Deputy Sports Editor Walker Carnathan, and DP Sports Reporter Nethra Wickramasinghe about a lawsuit seeking to compel the Ivy League to provide athletic scholarships. The Ivy League is one of the few conferences prohibiting schools from giving out scholarships, a belief steeped in tradition. College first year Dom Ciccotelli joins Breaking Bread to talk about his experience as a queer male in a frat on Penn’s campus. Dom tells his story of deciding to rush and landing a spot in Phi Gamma Delta (better known as Fiji). He speaks on the inclusivity of his frat and how it is an unexpected but special community for him at Penn.
