Penn graduate students compete for $10,000 Public Policy Challenge

Graduate students from nine Penn schools skirmished for the grand prize of $10,000 to further their proposed public policy change in Philadelphia this Sunday. Out of the five semifinalists, the group Closing Schools, Opening Opportunities won the grand prize.
