Roll call of the states
Not a bad year to be in Pennsylvania. The commonwealth is doing fairly well so far in the in the tournament with a 4-3 record even though Villanova is the only team from the Keystone State still dancing.
Washington is the only state left with more than one team still in and boasts a perfect 4-0 mark thanks to Gonzaga and Washington. North Carolina, which got the most bids (five) has just one team left carrying its banner: Duke.
New York's representatives, Iona, Syracuse and Albany, all disappointed and the Empire State is an embarrassing 0-3.
