The Daily Pennsylvanian has been recognized among the nation’s top college media business organizations, earning multiple finalist and honorable mention awards in the 2025 Associated Collegiate Press Advertising & Business Awards

The awards — announced March 8 at the ACP Spring National College Media Conference in Long Beach, Calif. — celebrate excellence in the student media business and advertising, recognizing outstanding work in areas such as digital and print advertising, media kit design, and audience engagement. The DP also was previously named a finalist for the Student Media Business Pacemaker award — one of the most prestigious honors in the field and unofficially known as the Pulitzer Prize of collegiate journalism.

“I’m incredibly proud of the work done by the business departments on [the 140th board],” Wharton junior and former DP Business Manager Zain Qureshi said. “We’ve made so much progress, and I’m happy to see the strength and dedication of our team being recognized at a national level.”
