An assault reported in the 3900 block of Baltimore Avenue prompted a UPennAlert Thursday evening.
The suspects — two females about 15 to 16 years old — struck the complainant and attempted to take her belongings, according to the Division of Public Safety website. The suspects were reportedly 5'3 and 5'5 tall, the latter wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt. They were last seen heading west on Baltimore Avenue.
According to the alert sent around 5:44 p.m., police advise students to use and caution and avoid the area.
The Division of Public Safety issued an all-clear at 6:07 p.m. Police and security officers are still patrolling the area.
