Fraud:
Sept. 6: The complainant reported that an employee did not turn in cash payments at the end of their shift at Jimmy John's, located at 3925 Walnut St., at about 3 a.m.
Sept. 7: The complainant reported selling a backpack online, but the purchaser used a fraudulent payment method and the complainant did not receive the payment. The incident occurred at the Evo Philly apartment building, located at 2930 Chestnut St., at about 3:27 p.m.
Sept. 9: The complainant reported that fraudulent prescriptions were written in her name at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine, located at 3400 Civic Center Blvd., at about 1:43 p.m.
Assault:
Sept. 6: An employee reported that the suspect argued about moving his parked car from the lane of traffic, and then got out of his vehicle and struck the employee. The incident occurred at Penn's Parking Garage 7, located at 3220 South St., at about 2:45 p.m.
Sept. 7: The complainant reported that an unknown offender pushed her to the ground and caused bruising when she was walking on the unit block of S. 36th Street at about 8:48 p.m.
Sept. 8: A confidential case of domestic assault was reported at the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, located at 51 N. 39th St., at about 10:10 p.m.
Bike Theft:
Sept. 7: The complainant reported that her secured bike was missing from the bike rack at the Chemistry Laboratories: 1958 Wing, located at 231 S. 34th St., at about 9:33 a.m.
Theft All Other:
Sept. 8: The complainant reported that outdoor furniture was removed from the Phi Kappa Psi house, located at 3934 Spruce St., at about 5:52 p.m.
Retail Theft:
Sept. 8: The complainant reported seeing the suspects remove and conceal items, then exit without paying. The incident occurred at the 7-Eleven located at 42nd and Walnut streets at about 4:48 p.m. Two juvenile suspects were arrested.
Theft from Vehicle:
Sept. 9: The complainant reported that an unknown suspect entered the vehicle in an unknown manner and removed personal items from the vehicle. The incident occurred on the 4000 block of Pine Street at about 3:00 p.m.
Auto Theft:
Sept. 9: The complainant reported that he parked his vehicle on the 3800 block of Powelton Avenue, but that the vehicle was gone when he returned. The incident occurred at about 11:24 a.m.
