Multiple assaults were reported Sunday evening, according a UPenn Alert sent at 8:21 p.m.
The suspects for the assaults are 10 males, all between 14 and 15 years old, according to the UPenn Alert. One of the males reportedly wore a red sweatshirt with the word "LOVE" on the front. Another was wearing a ski mask. The assaults took place on the 4000 block of Locust Street and on the 4200 block of Spruce Street.
At each location, the complainants were struck in the face by one of the juveniles, Division of Public Safety Director of Operations and External Affairs Kathleen Anderson wrote in an email to The Daily Pennsylvanian. Penn Police responded to the assaults at about 8:00 p.m.
The group was last seen heading westbound on Locust Street and additional police and security officers are in the area, according to the UPenn Alert. The Division of Public Safety advises students to use caution and avoid the area, the UPenn Alert read.
An all clear update was issued at 8:45 p.m.
