Aggravated Assault:

April 6: The complainant reported that an unknown person punched him in the face at about 12:05 a.m. on the 4000 block of Pine Street.

Vandalism:

April 7: The complainant reported that four unknown suspects damaged a mechanical door at the Homewood Suites and left the building, which is located at 4109 Walnut Street, at about 12:48 a.m.

Sex Offense:

April 9: The complainant reported that juveniles surrounded her, grabbed her buttocks, and spat on her at about 8 p.m. on the 3900 block of Walnut Street.

Disorderly Conduct:

April 9: Management advised the suspects that they were on private property and did not have legitimate purpose to be on the premises at about 6:19 p.m. at Spruce Street Garage. The suspects were asked to leave and not to return, but were found on the premises again later that same day. They were cited for disorderly conduct and defiant trespass. The two 20-year-old unaffiliated male suspects, Matthew Sconzo and Christopher Roff, were given citations.

Liquor Law:

April 11: The suspects were observed by a Liquor Control Enforcement Officer to be in possession of alcoholic beverages while under the legal age at about 4:30 p.m., at the intersection of 41st and Walnut streets. Two College freshmen were given citations.

Burglary:

April 11: The complainant reported that construction materials were missing from construction site on the 4200 block of Chestnut Street, at about 4:45 p.m.

Fraud:

April 10: The complainant reported that she received an email from someone impersonating her professor, requesting gift cards. The complainant, who filed the report at the Lerner Center, located at 201 S. 34th St., at about 7:40 p.m., provided gift cards to the suspect via email.

April 11: The complainant reported charges made to his credit card without his permission. The report was filed at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine, at about 11:30 a.m.

Theft from Building:

April 5: The complainant reported at about 6:15 p.m. that their backpack missing after they left it unattended at the Class of 1920 Dining Commons.

April 5:  The complainant reported at about 4:00 p.m. that property was missing from their room after a gathering at the premises located on the 300 block of 41st Street.

April 8:  The complainant reported at about 9:00 a.m that items were missing from the desk where they were left unattended. The report was filed from the Johnson Pavilion, located at 3610 Hamilton Walk.

April 11: The complainant reported at about 10 a.m. that a laptop was missing from a cubicle located at the Environmental Health & Radiation Safety building, which is at 3160 Chestnut St.

April 11: The complainant reported at about 2:50 a.m. that their backpack missing from a conference room in Domus Apartments where it had been left unattended.
