A Donald Trump victory has been called in Pennsylvania by the Associated Press at 1:39 AM, bringing Trump's electoral vote count up to 264 versus Clinton's 215. With Pennsylvania's contested status, this could win Trump the presidency. As Philadelphia county is strongly Democrat, there can be little doubt that rural Pennsylvanians' votes were integral to the Republican victory. The state let its voice be heard with a projected 7 million out of 8.7 million Pennsylvanian voters casting ballots.
