
Burglary:
Aug. 19: At 6 a.m., an affiliated man reported personal items missing from his room in Harnwell College House.
Drunkenness:
Aug. 20: An affiliated man, 28, was arrested after arriving drunk to his job at the Penn Center for Rehabilitation and Care at 3609 Chestnut St. just before 7:45 a.m. His eyes were bloodshot, he smelled of alcohol and was unable to balance.
Aug. 22: An unaffiliated man, 31, was hunched over and exhibited signs of intoxication on the 4000 block of Ludlow Street.
Defiant Trespass:
Aug. 22: At 5:20 p.m., two suspects, an unaffiliated 26-year-old man and a juvenile, were arrested for trespassing at 3401 Walnut Street. They entered the building without proper access and were found in a restricted area with no cause for being there.
Assault:
Aug. 23: Just after 11 p.m., an unaffiliated male fired a gun into a crowd of people gathered at the intersection of 39th and Ludlow streets, ultimately hitting one man. A fight had just occurred between two people in the area, which the victim had attempted to break up. The victim was later brought to a hospital and treated for his injuries.
Aug. 25: An unaffiliated woman reported around 9:30 a.m. that a man had pushed her to the ground on the 100 block of S. 38th Street after exiting his vehicle and arguing with her for riding her bike on the highway.
