April 19: An unaffiliated 48-year-old man was arrested, but police gave no other additional info about what prompted his arrest.
April 21: Around 2:11 a.m. at McDonald's, an affiliated 19-year-old man reported being punched in the face by another person in line after a verbal altercation. Police advised him to file a private criminal complaint and he refused medical treatment.
Burglary:
April 16: An affiliated 20-year-old woman reported around 1:40 a.m. that a male had followed her inside her building on Spruce Street near 40th. When she yelled at him, he ran away. At 2:20 a.m., a UPennAlert was sent out because of the incident. An all-clear message was sent 22 minutes later.

Disorderly Conduct:
April 15: An affiliated 22-year-old man was arrested and given a citation for "causing a hazardous situation," according to the Division of Public Safety.
Liquor Law:
Ten people received citations for underage drinking. Two of the citations were given to unaffiliated people, the other eight were issued to Penn affiliates.
Narcotic:
April 20: Just before 1 a.m., an unaffiliated 22-year-old man was given a citation after police found marijuana in his possession upon entering Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
Public Urination:
April 15: At 3:45 p.m., an unaffiliated 18-year-old man was given a citation for urinating in public on Baltimore Avenue near 40th.
Trespass:
April 16: An unaffiliated 34-year-old man was caught panhandling around 8:15 a.m. on the 4000 block of Ludlow Street. When confronted by police, he was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested.
April 16: Just before 7:30 p.m., two unaffiliated 21-year-old suspects were found inside a property on Baltimore Avenue near 40th Street. There was no signs of forced entry. The suspects, one male and one female, were arrested.
April 21: An unaffiliated 57-year-old man was stopped for loitering on the 3700 block of Sansom Street around 7:18 a.m. He was arrested after being found with an outstanding warrant.
Robbery:
April 19: An affiliated 18-year-old man reported that his camera was stolen around 5:47 p.m. near the intersection of 37th and Spruce streets.
April 20: An unaffiliated 18-year-old man told Drexel Police at 1:20 a.m. that he was robbed at gunpoint by three males earlier in the evening. They allegedly took his cell phone.
Sex Offense:
Three confidential offenses were reported, but no dates were given for when they were filed.
Weapons:
April 15: An unaffiliated 24-year-old man was arrested after entering the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with an unregistered firearm. He had been visiting a family member in the ER when police noted that his firearm had a revoked permit.
Vandalism:
April 17: At the Beta Theta Phi fraternity house on the 3900 block of Spruce Street, an unaffiliated 22-year-old man reported that a brick was thrown through his first-floor window.
April 20: Around 9:30 a.m., an elevator door in Huntsman Hall was found to be vandalized with numerous scratches.
