Feb. 12: At 1:48 p.m., an unaffiliated 53-year-old man was arrested after staff at Rave Motion Pictures theater on 4012 Walnut St. requested his removal. The man had been cursing and swinging at police.
Disorderly Conduct:
Feb. 12: At 12:22 a.m., an affiliated 24-year-old woman was cited due to disorderly behavior at 36th and Chestnut streets.
Assault:
Feb. 13: At 11:05 p.m., an unaffiliated 41-year-old woman reported being assaulted by someone she knew at The Restaurant School on Walnut Street near 42nd Street.
Feb. 15: At 8:20 a.m., an unaffiliated 55-year-old man reported being assaulted at 40th and Market streets by an unknown man who punched him several times in the face and ran away.
Fraud:
Feb. 13: At 1:10 p.m., an unaffiliated 19-year-old woman reported unauthorized charges to her credit card after losing a wallet in Harnwell College House.
Feb. 14: At 5:56 p.m., an affiliated 25-year-old woman reported an unknown suspect had failed to complete a rental agreement despite payments being made by the complainant.
DUI:
Feb. 16: At 11:50 p.m., an unaffiliated man was arrested after being found unconscious and smelling of alcohol behind the wheel of a vehicle at the 100 block of S. 38th Street.
Sex Offense:
Feb 10: At 8:08 p.m., several juveniles approached an affiliated 19-year-old woman on bicycles and attempted to touch her. They fled on their bikes and were stopped by police.
