Philadelphia saw over 22 inches of snow over the course of the weekend's blizzard. From an overcrowded Fresh Grocer, to empty streets, to sledding in the Quad, Penn's campus was not spared from the snowstorm that hit most of the East Coast.
DP Video braved the storm at 1 AM and again during the day on Saturday to see how Penn was handling Winter Storm Jonas.
