Trespass:
Jan. 7: At 6:17 p.m., an unaffiliated 28-year-old man was arrested after gaining entrance to a building on 41st and Spruce streets by posing as an electrician.
Assault:
Jan. 2: At 6:59 a.m., an unaffiliated 60-year-old man was asked by police to leave the Dunkin' Donuts at 125 S. 40th Street at the request of the staff. The suspect proceed to draw a sharp object and charge at officers; he was subdued and arrested.
DUI:
Jan. 2: At 1:15 a.m., an unaffiliated 23-year-old man was arrested at the Unit Block of S. 41st Street after he was found unable to keep his balance and smelled of alcohol.
Narcotic:
Jan. 3: At 7:51 p.m., an unaffiliated 50-year-old man was discovered to be in possession of heroin while receiving treatment at the Presbyterian Hospital on N. 39th Street. Both drugs and paraphernalia were recovered by the police and the suspect was arrested.
Fraud:
Jan. 6: At 12:30 a.m., an unaffiliated 40-year-old man reported an unknown person removing outgoing mail from his front porch on Sansom Street.
Other Offense:
Jan. 1: At 2:28 p.m., an unaffiliated 47-year-old man was stopped for investigation at the Safe Haven, 4133 Chestnut Street, and arrested after being found to have an outstanding warrant.
Jan. 3: At 12:50 a.m., an unaffiliated 33-year-old woman was stopped at the McDonald's on 39th and Walnut streets after causing a disturbance. She was found to have an outstanding warrant and arrested.
