Vandalism:

Oct. 22: At 4:30 p.m., an affiliated 52-year-old man reported graffiti on the wall of the International House at 3701 Chestnut St.

Narcotic:

Oct. 22: At 8:29 a.m., an unaffiliated 28-year-old man was arrested after he was observed exchanging drugs with another man. A pill bottle was recovered and narcotic pills found inside.

Theft:

Theft from Vehicle: 1

Theft from Building: 3, with one resulting in the arrest of an unaffiliated 38-year-old man.

Bike Theft: 2
