2015 Cheshire Academy (Ct.) shooting guard Tyler Hamilton verally committed to Penn basketball on Monday, becoming the fifth member of the Quakers' Class of 2019.
Hamilton is a 6-foot-4, 180 pound guard from Norcross, Ga. and had received offers from Florida International and Wofford, according to Rivals.
The high school senior announced his decision via Twitter.

Rivals also showed that he had received some interested from Power 5 schools like Auburn and Miami (Fla.) as well as Ivy rival Harvard.
Hamilton joins guards Jackson Donahue and Jake Silpe as well as small forward Jule Brown and power forward Collin McManus in the Class of 2019. Donahue and McManus attend Northfield Mount Hermon (Mass.) while Brown goes to Lower Merion (Pa.). Silpe attends Cherry Hill East (N.J.), rounding up a very Northeast-based recruiting class.
