On Friday, students and members of the Philadelphia community joined in a performance art demonstration organized by student organization SOUL (Students Organizing for Unity and Liberation), to protest against the jury's decision not to indict the police officer in the Eric Garner chokehold case. Participants joined in at various stations set up across campus to imprint a red handprint on their necks. This is part of Ferguson Fridays, a series of weekly performance protests organized by SOUL since Oct. 3.
