Robbery:
March 1, 2014: At about 9:40 p.m. an affiliated 22-year-old male on the 4000 block of Irving Street reported that three people grabbed him from behind, knocking him down and hitting him while demanding his cell phone. Penn Police apprehended the fleeing suspects, who were three juveniles.
Public Drunkenness:
March 1, 2014: At 11:50 p.m. police observed a person to be intoxicated at WXPN, located at 3025 Walnut St. The police also observed that the person was screaming and cursing, which caused a crowd to gather. The person was told to cease and refused to do so. The suspect, an unaffiliated 33-year-old male, was arrested.
Fraud:
March 3, 2014: At about 3:30 p.m. an affiliated 20-year-old female reported from Gregory College House, located at 3909 Spruce St., that unauthorized charges were placed on her credit card.
Assault:
March 5, 2014: At around 8:50 a.m. police at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania observed that a person was spitting upon an affiliated 30 year-old male. The suspect, an unaffiliated 37-year-old male, was being disruptive and combative and was arrested.

Arrests from thefts:
March 1, 2014: An unaffiliated 43-year-old female was arrested in connection with a retail theft.
March 1, 2014: An unaffiliated 36-year-old male was arrested in connection with a retail theft.
