The University Registrar is moving to the first floor of the Franklin Building, located on 34th and Walnut streets.
Room 150, the old location of the PennCard center, has undergone refurbishment for the change, and new furniture was installed on Monday. The registrar, which was previously located on the second floor in room 221 in the Franklin Building, will officially move into their new home later this week.

The registrar typically handles transcript orders and pickups. It also provides students with services including verifying attendance, scheduling final exams and verifying graduation and degrees.
At the new location, the registrar “can assist students more conveniently,” Student Registration and Financial Services Director of Communication Marlene Bruno said in an email.
It will be located across the hall from Student Financial Services.
