Public Urination
Oct. 10, 2013: A 26-year-old unaffiliated male was seen urinating on a wall of Huntsman Hall at 1:45 a.m. He was issued a citation for public urination.
Retail Theft
Oct. 8, 2013: A juvenile was arrested at 6 a.m. for retail theft at the CVS at 3925 Walnut St.
Theft from Building
Oct. 8, 2013: A 20-year-old affiliated female reported that personal items were removed from her unattended bag in the gym room at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at 3400 Spruce St. at 4:15 p.m.
Oct. 6, 2013: An 18-year-old affiliated female reported a cell phone missing from an unattended pocketbook at 12 p.m. at Beta Theta Pi at 3900-3902 Spruce St.
DUI
Oct. 5, 2013: A 27-year-old unaffiliated male was pulled over on University Avenue after striking a curb and driving erratically. The driver had slurred speech and smelled of alcohol. He failed a sobriety test and was arrested.
Drunkenness
Oct. 5, 2013: While the police were investigating a disturbance, a 24-year-old unaffiliated male, smelling of alcohol and slurring his speech, became physically and verbally combative on the intersection of 40th and Pine streets at 2:45 a.m. and was arrested.
Other Offense
Oct. 6, 2013: A 58-year-old unaffiliated male was aggressively panhandling at the door of Wawa at 3604 Chestnut St. at 6:00 p.m.
Oct. 4, 2013: A 56-year-old unaffiliated male was stopped on the highway near 3400 block of Chestnut Street at 6:30 a.m. He was found to have a probation violation.
Other
October 4, 2013: A suspect threatened harm against hospital staff at 11 a.m. at the Presbyterian Hospital at 51 N. 39th St.
