I am running for the Undergraduate Assembly because I believe that my personality, ideas, experiences, and passion make me most qualified to represent the College student body. The variety of activities I am involved in on campus make me able to represent various communities at Penn. As a black student at Penn, I have come to understand the importance of diversity in both ethnicity and perspective. I am also a member of the acapella group, Pennchants, so I also have a perspective in the arts community. Moreover as a member of a social fraternity, I have been able to understand the social life at penn and have interacted with all types of people. I would love to represent the College in the UA and I would put a lot of work into making this school a better place for everyone.
