Theft:
Between Nov. 21 and Nov. 28, there were 18 thefts on or around campus. There were two thefts from vehicle, one of which included the use of force, two bike thefts, with one bike secured with a cable lock and one attached to a porch railing with a U-lock , eight incidents of theft from building and six retail thefts that resulted in six arrests.
DUI:
Nov. 28 — An unaffiliated 31-year-old male was observed failing to maintain in lane. He had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and was unable to maintain balance. He also exhibited glassy eyes and slurred speech. He was arrested for DUI at 43rd and Walnut Streets at about 1 a.m.
Fraud:
Nov. 27 — A 28-year-old female employee reported leaving her debit card in an ATM machine at Citizens Bank on 134 South 34th Street at about 3 p.m. Her card was then used for unauthorized purchases.
Sex Offense:
Nov. 22 — An unaffiliated 49-year-old male committed a forcible sex offense and was subsequently arrested at the 4100 block of Chestnut Street at about 7:30 p.m.
