Burglary
Nov. 2 — An unknown suspect was reported to have entered a secured building on the 4200 block of Spruce Street at about 7:30 a.m.
Theft
Nov. 3 — A male Penn employee, 67, reported that his personal items were taken from a secured locker from Hutchinson Gym at about 7:15 p.m.
Nov. 2 — Leroy Caple, 53, unaffiliated with the University and of the 700 block of N. 38th Street, was arrested for allegedly taking merchandise from the Wawa on Chestnut Street without paying at about 7 p.m.
Nov. 1 — A woman, 19 and unaffiliated with the University, reported that an unknown suspect removed her unattended iPod from the 200 block of 41st Street at about 5:45 p.m.
Oct. 31 — A female student, 25, reported that someone took her unattended cell phone from the Schattner Building at about 7 p.m.
Oct. 31 — A female Penn employee, 23, reported that an unknown suspect took her wallet from her unattended purse at College Hall at about 2 p.m.
