Commending Skimmer
We would like to commend the efforts of the Sophomore and Junior Class Boards to restore Skimmer.
Skimmer has its founding roots in athletics, and we are happy for this renewal as part of this storied Penn tradition. Traditions at Penn are what we make of them; the Class Boards of 2013 and 2014, with the support of those Penn administrators involved, are making for a great time and great new fall event.
Athletics is the occasion, but school spirit is the cause.
