The Wharton School is the best in the world, so shouldn’t we be treated like the best? Fortunately, the Class Board has done a great job coming up with new and fresh ideas so that Penn students can have fun. But the fact is, Wharton kids think differently. Sure, we like to play just as hard as the overall Penn community if not harder, but we have different goals and different perspectives. We are all here to gain some sort of edge in the business world and benefit from the incredible opportunities our school has to offer. So what I propose is this: let’s have more fun than Penn has ever had and let’s also create new activities that appeal specifically to Wharton students. That’s my goal and that is my promise to all of you freshman Whartonites. Keenan Simon, run and tell all your kids.
