According to the Division of Public Safety, a fight broke out at around 4:30 p.m. Saturday between a Penn alumnus and another male outside of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity house, located at 4040 Walnut St.
Both fled into the building, where officers arrested the alumnus for obstructing administration of law and resisting arrest. Two additional Penn alumni associated with the first arrest were arrested for disorderly conduct in the public area of the Division of Public Safety headquarters. The alumnus who was first arrested is currently awaiting arraignment.
Pi Kappa Phi president Mike Vigilante, a College and Wharton junior, declined to comment on the incident and directed the query to the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs.
OFSA Director Scott Reikofski was unavailable for comment and could not provide further information Monday.
