It’s hard to believe that only a decade ago we were stocking up on canned goods and building bomb shelters in anticipation of Y2K. Ten years out, the world has indeed changed — just not for the reasons we thought. Penn is a radically different place too, with a new president, a larger footprint in Philadelphia and a student body unlike any other.
