Robbery

March 25 - A woman unaffiliated with the University, 28, reported at about 1:30 a.m. that an unknown suspect took her money at gunpoint on the 4000 block of Spruce Street, before fleeing in an unknown direction.

March 26 - A man unaffiliated with the University, 19, reported that on the 4100 block of Ludlow Street at about 8:45 p.m., a group of unknown males displayed a handgun and a knife, robbed him of cash and personal property, then fled north on 41st Street.

Theft

March 25 - A man unaffiliated with the University, reported at about 11 p.m. that someone took his unsecured bicycle from the 3700 block of Locust Walk.

March 25 - A male University employee, 32, reported at about 9:30 p.m. that someone had removed the registration sticker from his license plate on the 100 block of 41st Street.

March 25 - A computer was reported taken from an unsecured room at Presbyterian Hospital, located at 51 N. 39th St. at about 1 p.m.

March 26 - GPS devices were reported missing from Radio Shack, located at 212 S. 40th St. at about 7:15 p.m.

March 26 - A female student, 24, reported at about 6 p.m. that someone had removed her wallet from her unattended purse at Starbucks, located at 3401 Walnut St.

March 27 - A male student, 27, reported at about 3:15 p.m. that someone took his laptop from his residence, located on the 4100 block of Spruce Street.

Fraud

March 25 - A female student, 20, reported at about 2:15 p.m. that an unknown suspect had made fraudulent charges on her credit card at the Food Court, located at 3409 Walnut St.

Narcotic

March 25 - Police arrested Willian Ober, 27 and unaffiliated with the University, on the 3400 block of Walnut Street at 9 a.m. for alleged possession of marijuana. The suspect resides at the 100 block of Arch Street.
