After today, nobody will ever pester you to vote - at least for another two years.

For those who are voting, consider these tips:

To find your polling location, click here or call the Committee of Seventy's toll-free system at 1-866-268-8603. If you have any problems with voting, call the Committee of Seventy's Election Day hotline at 1-866-OUR-VOTE.

With larger-than-expected turnout, lines may be a little long at polling places. Students should make sure to budget enough time between classes and other activities to vote. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and as long as you're in line at the polling location by 8 p.m., you have the right to vote.

If your name isn't in the poll book at your voting location and you believe you are registered, you can vote through a provisional ballot. Your vote will count once officials confirm that you are properly registered.

Students voting in Pennsylvania or in a new division for the first time must also bring an acceptable form of identification. Valid forms of identification include student IDs, Pennsylvania driver's licenses or bank statements.

For those who don't plan to vote, we've pretty much given up.

If two wars, an economic crisis and countless domestic problems aren't enough to shock you out of apathy, we're not sure what will. Just remember that the right you're tossing aside today is the same right many others have fought and died for.

Some citizens have given their life in service of this country's democratic experiment. All you need to give today is a little bit of your time.
