Yesterday's preliminary hearing scheduled for Joseph Cho, the former Penn Law student facing charges of attempted murder, has been postponed until April 2.
Judge Frank Bailey issued another continuance yesterday, as Cho's attorney Peter Bowers was unable to attend the hearing for the second time.
Cho is accused of firing 15 shots into the door of his downstairs neighbors on Jan. 31, 2007.
He allegedly tried to kill his neighbors - two male Drexel University undergraduates - because he thought they were spies.
Cho remains in custody at Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center.
Cho was transferred to the jail earlier this year after having undergone nearly a year of psychiatric treatment at Norristown State Hospital.
He was deemed mentally competent to stand trial on Jan. 16.
