THEFT

Dec. 3 - A victim unaffiliated with the University reported that his driver's side door lock was damaged and various CDs and books were removed from the vehicle. The incident occurred before 11:30 a.m. at the University City Sheraton garage.

Dec. 4 - A student reported that his wallet was stolen from Stiteler Hall at about 6:00 p.m. The wallet was later recovered, but about $3,000 worth of bank cards and money was taken.

Dec. 4 - A staff member of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania reported that about $350 in cash was missing from envelopes placed in a safe.

Dec. 5 - A victim unaffiliated with the University reported that, after he left his car running at the 3300 block of Spruce Street, he observed a person enter his car and steal it. The car is a 1995 white Chevy Astro.

Dec. 6 - A victim unaffiliated with the University reported the theft of his 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis at about 1:15 p.m. at 3400 Spruce St.

Dec. 6 - Angelo Tynes, 40 and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested while allegedly attempting to steal items from a passenger vehicle.

Dec. 7 - An unsecured camcorder was removed from the office of a complainant unaffiliated with the University at 3535 Market St.

Dec. 7 - An unsecured hard drive, worth about $1,200, was removed from a room at Steinberg-Dietrich Hall at 4:22 p.m.

BURGLARY

Dec. 2 - About $8,500 was removed from the 32nd and Spruce streets garage lot between 1 and 5:45 p.m. Money lockers in the office area of the garage were found opened.

Dec. 5 - A student reported that his apartment had been robbed of about $1,800 worth of various items. The incident occurred between 8:45 a.m. and 12:05 p.m. on the 3900 block of Pine Street.

Dec. 6 - A victim unaffiliated with the University said his Penn Manor Apartment at 4045 Baltimore St. was burglarized by force when the victim was not home. Nothing was reported to be stolen.

MISCELLANEOUS

Dec. 3 - James Peters, 39 and unaffiliated with the University, was cited and released for public urination at the University City Sheraton at 7:30 p.m.

Dec. 3 - Seven minors, ranging in age from 12 through 17 were, were cited for skateboarding on private property at Meyerson Hall at 3:55 p.m.

Dec. 7 - An employee of the University City Sheraton reported threatening phone calls made by an unknown male at about 12:20 a.m.
