The Penn men's track team, fresh off a strong showing last weekend, will head to the Delaware Invitational this weekend in Newark, Del.

Last weekend, the Quakers competed at the Penn State Invitational and the Terrier Invite in Boston.

So far this season, the Quakers have had strong performances from their veterans, as well as a surprising push by their freshmen newcomers.

Two freshmen qualified for IC4A's last weekend -- Dusty Leib and Scott Sebens. Leib qualified in the 3000 meters, while Sebens reached the qualifying mark in the 1000m.

Not surprisingly, the Quakers have also had strong performances this season from senior Tuan Wreh and juniors Brian Abram and Sam Burley.

Wreh has qualified for IC4A's in both the triple and long jumps, while Abram and Burley have been strong in the 500m and 1000m, as well. Wreh and Burley both competed at National Championships last outdoor season, with Burley taking home all-America honors in the 800m.

The Quakers are looking towards Indoor Heptagonal Championships on Feb. 23 and 24 at Cornell.

Saturday's meet begins at 1:30 p.m. and is located at the Blue Hens' Delaware Field House.
