Penn hit 16-of-28 three-pointers, setting a school record in the process, and topped 89-80 victory over Drexel at The Palestra tonight.
Jeff Schiffner led the Quakers (4-1 record) with 23 points, while Ugonna Onyekwe, who was held to just five minutes in the first half becuase of foul trouble, chipped in 20.
Penn scored 55 points and hit 10 of its 14 threes in the second half.Drexel, which outrebounded Penn, 45-31, fell to 1-3 on the season.
