W. Squash players given All-Ivy honors Now, even more accolades have been heaped upon the Penn women's squash team's four All-Americans. Despite seeing Harvard beat them out for the Ancient Eight title this season, Quakers teammates Helen Bamber, Rina Borromeo, Lauren Patrizio and Runa Reta all were announced this week as members of the All-Ivy League Women's Squash Team. The Red and Blue - who placed second in the Ivy title race - claimed the most spots on the All-Ivy list, followed by the Crimson's three and Princeton's two honorees. The Tigers' Julia Beaver - who won her third Women's Intercollegiate Squash Association national individual championship earlier this month - earned her fourth-straight Ivy League Player of the Year award. Harvard's Louisa Hall was named Ivy League Rookie of the Year. After the conclusion of the WISA Individual Championships, Bamber and Reta were named WISA First Team All-Americans and Borromeo and Patrizio WISA Second Team All-Americans. Reta, a sophomore, is the only Penn non-senior named to the All-Ivy and All-American teams. - Kyle Bahr Past Princeton star signed by NBA's Bulls Steve Goodrich, the 1998 Ivy League Player of the Year who led Princeton to back-to-back undefeated Ivy League seasons in 1996-97 and 1997-98, was signed by the Chicago Bulls this week.
