To help alleviate this stress, Student Health Services will present "Stressbusters" -- a workshop designed to teach different methods of massage and stress relief. The workshop will be led by Certified Massage Therapist Jack Gann, who will demonstrate different massage techniques. In addition, students will receive pamphlets on how to deal with stress and cards that measure stress levels. Assistant Health Educator Janet Zinser, who helped organize the event, said that Student Health chose a workshop format rather than a lecture because it is designed to alleviate stress, rather than create more. There will be two workshops held tonight at two locations. The first will be in Bodine Lounge in the Quadrangle from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., and the other will be in the High Rise South Rooftop Lounge from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. -- Sharon Molinoff
