Luke, who was arrested in January by University and Philadelphia Police, faces imprisonment, if convicted, for five to 10 years for the attempted rape of a Children's Hospital of Philadelphia employee in 1988. Assistant District Attorney Jeanette Synnestvedt said yesterday she expects the trial to be concluded and the verdict to be announced tomorrow. The trial will be at 9:15 a.m. in courtroom 254 in City Hall in front of Judge Craig Lord. -- Damon Chetson
