Mary Naylor, Nursing associate professor and associate dean and director of undergraduate studies, was named to the Killebrew/Censits Term Chair in Undergraduate Education last month by outgoing Nursing dean Claire Fagin. The newly-created position carries with it approximately five years of funding for Naylor to use in improving undergraduate programs. Naylor said in a press release that she will use the chair to encourage student research as a form of undergraduate educational enrichment. Funding for the chair was donated by Nursing overseers Norma Peden Killbrew, a 1963 College of Women graduate, and Richard Censits, a 1958 Wharton graduate. -- Michael Sirolly
