The forum, co-sponsored by the Penn Consumers' Board, will provide both first-time renters and experienced off-campus dwellers an opportunity to discuss the legal issues of renting and leasing property with an attorney, according to UA member Lisa Most. Richard Tanker of the law firm of Fineman and Bach will be available to answer participants' questions and will give a short presentation about renting and leasing. Most, chairperson of the UA's Legal Services Committee said that having Tanker on hand will be a valuable opportunity for students. "He will be offering advice, talking about leases, security deposits, and problems with landlords," said the College junior. -- Drew Zoller
