The group, which held its first meeting the night war broke out, has three goals, according to College sophomore Ingrid Farnbach -- to stop the war, to bring the American troops home, and to pressure the U.S. government to financially support the needs of humans instead of war. "Basically we're trying to stop the war," said Farnbach, "but, if we can't, we're doing everything we can to support the troops." Penn for Peace, which has already sponsored two rallies, is working on educational programs for students and relief service for the troops. -- Michelle Filippo
