The speakers will urge Saddam Hussein to withdraw from Kuwait and reinstate the legitimate Kuwaiti government, according to College senior Erica Strohl, who organized the event. Strohl added that the status of women in Kuwait and other Arab countries will also be addressed, since the Penn Women's Center is sponsoring the talk. To protect the security of family and friends still in Kuwait, two of the women have withheld their full names. The third speaker, Fatima Hussein -- who bears no relation to Saddam Hussein -- is a women's rights advocate and the wife of the Kuwaiti Minister of Planning. The group, which formed after Iraqi forces invaded Kuwait August 2, is travelling across the United States to publicize its campaign. The talk will be held at 4 p.m. in the Smith-Penniman room of Houston Hall. -- Scott Calvert
