Those who are not listed and want to vote tomorrow must argue their case at election court -- a one-day Common Pleas court held in a Philadelphia Police precinct headquarters. Be prepared to tell the judge why you want to vote and explain what attempts you have made to register. Bring a confirmation stub from your registration or your voter identification card, if you have them. The judge will decide whether to grant a court order which allows you to vote. The nearest election court is at the 18th Precinct Philadelphia Police station at 55th and Pine Streets. If you discover you filled out your registration forms at CUPID and are not on voter rolls, please call the Daily Pennsylvanian tonight after 5 p.m. and leave your name, phone number and the day you filled out the forms. The polls open at 8 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. For voter information today only, call 686-1500.
