The concert, which is part of the Second Annual Penn Jazz Festival, will begin at 8 p.m. and student tickets are $16. The jazz festival is scheduled to begin this Wednesday at Handel's Mug cafe with live jazz and an exhibit of pictures. The cafe, which is located in the Bowl Room of Houston Hall, will be open from 8 p.m. to midnight. Other featured sessions for the the festival include a panel discussion on Thursday with composer Trudy Pitts and author Francis Davis and a lecture by saxophonist Marsalis on Friday afternoon. The festival will conclude Sunday night with a concert in Bodek Lounge featuring several Philadelphia jazz groups. Tickets for that concert are $6 with Branford Marsalis tickets or $8 for general admission. -- Dan Schwartz
