College junior Nancy Kupfer and College freshman Grace Esteban were chosen by the American Association of University Students to be undergraduate diversity facilitators at the conference and will serve as liaisons between the University community and the AAUS throughout their year-long term. The AAUS has also invited students from Temple and Drexel universities and Haverford, Swarthmore, and Bryn Mawr colleges to the diversity program, called "Common Ground." The pair will also coordinate diversity awareness programs with other students at the University. This weekend's program is designed to inspire the students and to help them develop plans for diversifying their schools. -- Roxanne Patel
