IFC President Bret Kinsella announced Thursday evening that all IFC fraternities would adopt a BYOB policy, adding that a press conference would be held yesterday. Kinsella said last night that he will announce the specifics of the new alcohol policy this afternoon in a press conference. The press conference will be held in the Smith-Penniman Room of Houston Hall at 1:45 p.m. The IFC adopted a new alcohol policy to avoid liability problems. Twenty fraternities have insurance policies which prohibit fraternities from purchasing alcohol with chapter funds. -- Emily Culbertson
