The library was closed for almost three years while workers removed asbestos from the building. The library, which reopened in August, has also been renovated. Local pre-schoolers and third and fourth graders from the Spruce Hill Christian School will perform the ribbon-cutting. A puppet show is scheduled to follow. Matthew Klein
