Her resignation from Penn came after mounting criticism over her remarks during a December 2023 congressional hearing on antisemitism on college campuses, where she testified alongside other university leaders.

Penn Health System’s increase in revenue outpaced increases in operating expenses, interest costs, and depreciation, resulting in a $75.5 million increase in operating profit.

The change marks the latest step in renaming the $1.6 billion facility, after Catherine and Anthony Clifton donated $120 million to Penn Medicine last February.

The assistant registrar, head of photography studio, and interpretative planner were all informed that their positions had been discontinued, according to a Penn Museum employee.
