CNN and other news outlets have projected that Mitt Romney is the winner of the Nevada caucuses.

This is Romney’s second consecutive win after his first-place finish in Florida on Tuesday, which makes him the first candidate to win two states in a row this primary season.

Romney was expected to win in Nevada, a heavily Mormon state whose caucuses he also won in the 2008 Republican primary. In 2008, he gathered 51 percent of the vote.
