40th Street Crime Corridor

The university had better reconsider its business model for the 40th Street corridor. Two robberies at gunpoint this reporting period! On the heels of riots a few weeks ago, and shootings and homicides a few weeks prior to that. Wake up! Return 40th Street to being a modest residential street rather than an urban mall, or you will soon replicate and magnify the problems of The Gallery and 69th Street, for Penn is rich with victims for predators.
